Big clean-up set for Ocean View

Kouga Municipality has partnered with local businesses and organisations to roll out a massive clean-up campaign in the informal settlement at Ocean View, Jeffreys Bay. Sealing the partnership are (front) Mayor Elza van Lingen, Nadine Scheepers from the Fountains Mall, (back) Vernon Heunis from the Marina Martinique Homeowners Association, Social Services portfolio councillor Daniel Benson, municipal manager Charl du Plessis and Dolph Botha of Afriforum.
