Food safety, processing and preservation

Thirty trainees were awarded certificates at the Newton Hall, Jeffreys Bay, on Friday (2 June) after completing a course in food safety, processing and preservation. The training formed part of the programmes presented jointly by Kouga Municipality’s Local Economic Development Department and the Department of Rural Development and Agrarian Reform.
