The Kouga Council welcomed a new Councillor this week. Cynthia August, who replaces Diana Biggs, was sworn in by Kouga Speaker Hattingh Bornman (right) at a meeting on Tuesday. Mayor Horatio Hendricks joined the Speaker in welcoming her.
