Public hearing about Children's Bill

20 October 2016

The East Cape Legislature hosted a public hearing at Humansdorp on Wednesday, 19 October, to discuss the Children's Second Amendment Bill with local stakeholders. Leading the Council delegation was (left) Kouga Speaker Horatio Hendricks, joined here by Councillor Virginia Camealio-Benjamin, Nazley Botha from the Joshua Project, EC Legislature member Tony Duba and the Legislature's legal advisor Advocate Koleka Beja. Duba is a member of the Portfolio Committee on Social Development.
