VACANCY

 

Kouga Municipality, an equal opportunity employer which subscribes to the principle of affirmative action, awaits applications for the appointment in the following vacancy:

 

4 x CALL CENTRE OPERATORS

 

REQUIREMENTS:                                   

Relevant NQF 5 qualification;

Computer literacy: MS Office

Fluency in at least two of the official languages (English, Afrikaans & Xhosa)

At least 3 years’ proven experience as a Call Centre Operator in a Corporate Environment.

 

SALARY:                                               R113 328.00 – R147 120.00 per annum

 

DUTIES:                                                

Daily updating of call register

Reporting to Supervisor on issues relating to complaints logged

Submission of complaints to be included in reports to be prepared by supervisor

Serve as interface between the municipality: public
