DIRECTORATE AME&SP 2 X COMMITTEE CLERKS: ADMINISTRATION
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12;
Computer literacy is essential;
Must be able to speak, read and write at least two of the official languages in Kouga Municipality (Afrikaans, English, and Xhosa);
Must have atleast 2 years experience in taking Minutes in a Corporate Environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recording of minutes and preparing notices for Council/Committee meetings;
Keeping Records of attendance at Council and Committee meetings;
Performs all administrative activities associated with those of a Committee Clerk.
SALARY: R161 772.00 – R209 964.00
