COORDINATOR – AUXILIARY SERVICES

 

REQUIREMENTS:                                   

  • NQF 6 qualification in Public Administration or equivalent;  
  • Computer literacy is essential;
  • Advanced MS Excel skills is essential;
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in at least two of the official languages in Kouga Municipality (Afrikaans, English, and Xhosa);
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Must have at least 3 years Auxiliary (Call Centre, Municipal experience Building Maintenance and Cleaning Services) administrative experience in a Corporate or Municipal Environment. 
  • Valid drivers license.

 

SALARY:                                               R329 970.00 – R428 323.50

TASK GRADE:                                       12

 

DUTIES:

  

  • To coordinate and implement administrative tasks associated with the implementation of procedures and programs within the Auxiliary Services section (Cleaning, Call-Centre, Municipal Buildings Maintenance, Office Furniture and Equipment); including administration of telephones, cell phones, 3 G Data cards, printers, etc.;
  • Generating transactional/ instructional based documentation and reports.
