KOUGA AUCTION ON 18 OCTOBER KOUGA AUCTION ON 18 OCTOBER

Kouga Municipality will be holding a public auction on 18 October 2017 to dispose of redundant capital assets, including vehicles and computer equipment. The auction will start at 10am at the municipal depot in St Croix Street, J'Bay. Items to be auctioned can be viewed on 17 October between 9am and 4pm.

Kouga Municipality is compiling a new General Valuation Roll. The draft roll will be completed by January 2018, following which property owners will have the chance to object should they disagree with the new valuation of their property.

Kouga Municipality, an equal opportunity employer, hereby invites applications from experienced, suitable, qualified and committed individuals for the following positions on a five (5) year performance based contract:

  • Director Administration, Monitoring, Evaluation and Special Projects;
  • Director Infrastructure, Planning and Development;
  • Director Local Economic Development; and
  • Director Social Services.

It must be noted that it is a requirement that the appointed person shall be required to reside in the Kouga Area for the duration of the appointment.
