Mayor leads Executive Outreach

Kouga Executive Mayor Daphne Kettledas and the Mayoral Committee will host an Executive Outreach to communities this October and November.

The Executive Outreach is scheduled to take place at the same time as the majority of the IDP community consultation meetings, however, five separate outreach meetings will be held for the greater Kruisfontein area (wards 4 and 5), Loerie (ward 7), Hankey (ward 9), St Francis Bay and Sea Vista (ward 12), so as to address additional matters raised by these wards, explained the Mayor.

This means that the Executive Outreach will take place at the Loerie Community Hall on Thursday, 22 October, to be followed by the IDP meeting on Tuesday, 27 October.

The Executive Outreach will be at the Sea Vista Community Hall on Thursday, 29 October, followed by the IDP meeting on Wednesday, 11 November.

Hankey will host the Executive Outreach at the Vusumzi Landu Hall on Monday, 2 November, followed by the IDP meeting on Thursday, 5 November.

The Executive Outreach will be held at the Kruisfontein Civics Hall on Monday, 9 November, and the Kruisfontein Babs Hall on Thursday, 12 November, followed by a combined IDP meeting for wards 4 and 5 at the Kruisfontein Civics Hall on Tuesday, 17 November.

The Executive Outreach at Sea Vista on 29 October will start at 17:00. All other meetings will start at 18:00.

The Mayor or a representative from her Mayoral Committee will be present to lead the outreach at the relevant IDP meetings.
