Netball clubs score with the WDF

Ward 14 Councillor Sindiswa Makhasi receives netball gear for clubs in her ward from Speaker Hattingh Bornman. The gear was bought through Kouga Municipality's Ward Development Fund, which allows each ward councillor R100 000 per annum to support community initiatives in their wards. Ward 14 includes Ocean View and Aston Bay at Jeffreys Bay.
