WDF kits out J'Bay soccer clubs

Ward 2 Councillor Timothy Meleni (right) receives soccer kits and balls from Kouga Speaker Hattingh Bornman for clubs in his ward. The kits were bought through the Ward Development Fund. Ward 2 includes Pellsrus and Tokyo Sexwale at Jeffreys Bay.
