JEFFREYS BAY LIBRARY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

BOOKWORMS and lovers of the written word can now once again feed their fix.

The Jeffreys Bay Library, situated at the old Ski Boat Club in Diaz Road, is now open to the public.

This after the library closed temporarily on Friday, May 14 for state-of-the-art renovations.

“The library is operating from the blue container in front of the building, while the renovation and expansion project – which includes a new boardroom, a special children’s section, new furniture and a guard house – is in full swing,” said Kouga Executive Mayor, Horatio Hendricks.

“Residents can return books, as well as take out new books.”
