Kouga residents now have a comfortable place to drink in the beauty of the area or to rest their feet after a long (or short) walk. Kouga Municipality recently erected two benches made of recyclable material at Kabeljauws Play Park and Poplar Park in Ward 3 with the assistance of Community Services at the municipality. The benches were secured through the municipality’s Ward Development Fund for the 2022/2023 financial year.
