Ward 14 receives warm embrace

JEFFREYS BAY – The non-profit organisations, Masikhulisane, in Ward 14, Jeffreys Bay received a total of 50 warm blankets as part of Kouga Municipality’s Ward Development Fund for Ward 14. Receiving the blankets from Ward 14 Councillor, Mzwandile Yali (middle) and Eugene Goliath (Kouga Public Participation Manager) are Thembisa Mphithikezo (third from left) and Esther Soyekwa (sixth from left).
