Community meetings to review IDP

KOUGA Municipality will be meeting with local communities this December to review its Integrated Development Plan (IDP) for the 2015/2016 financial year.

The IDP is the principal strategic document of the municipality and forms the basis of the municipal budget.

Communities are, therefore, encouraged to attend the consultation meetings to ensure that their needs are captured correctly and addressed in an integrated manner.

The meetings will take place as follows:

• 18H00 at the Kruisfontein Civic Centre for Ward 4

Tuesday, 2 December 2014

• 16H00 at the Pellsrus Community Hall for Ward 2
• 18H00 at the Seaview Resort, Jeffreys Bay, for Wards 3, 8 and 11

Wednesday, 3 December 2014

• 16H00 at the Vuzumzi Landu Hall, Hankey, for Ward 9
• 18H00 at the Weston Community Hall for Ward 13

Thursday, 4 December 2014

• 16H00 at the Dan Sandi Hall, Patensie, for Ward 10
• 18H00 at the Katrien Felix Hall, Thornhill, for Ward 7
