Customer Satisfaction Survey

KOUGA Municipality is once again seeking the views of the public regarding its performance in service delivery.

The municipality is running a Customer Satisfaction Survey for a second consecutive year. After a successful pilot project last year, the municipality has decided to broaden the scope of participation by writing the survey form in all three of Kouga’s main languages.

Kouga Executive Mayor Booi Koerat said the survey was a good platform for residents to give an honest opinion about the municipality as participants remained anonymous.

“The survey gives an opportunity to those who are unable to reach us directly and those who lack the courage to speak to us directly, for whatever reason, to evaluate our performance,” he said.

The levels of satisfactions are measured with scores of numbers one to five, with
the lowest number representing a negative opinion and the highest a positive
one.

The forms can be found at main municipal buildings, councillors’ offices
where there are no admin units and some of the libraries.

The forms can also be downloaded from the municipality’s website http://www.kouga.gov.za/doclib.asp#Show

Completed surveys must be returned to the reception, help or security desks at the municipal offices. Alternatively, the forms can be posted to P.O. Box 21, Jeffreys Bay 6330, faxed to 042 200 8606 or emailed to msobele@webmail.co.za. Enquiries can be sent to the same email
address.

Closing date for all survey forms is 8 February 2013.
