NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESMENT

Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 56(2) of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (GN 544, 2010) under Chapter 5 of the National Environmental Management Act (Act 107, 1998) as amended of the intent to submit an application for environmental authorization to the Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA) for :

The construction of RDP Housing and associated infrastructure  on ERF1778 Pellsrus, Jeffrey’s Bay situate in the  Kouga Municipality, Cacadu District, Eastern Cape Province

In terms of the EIA regulations, this application will undergo an Basic Assessment Report, and Infinity Consulting has been commissioned to undertake this work.
