New councillor sworn in
Daphne Kettledas of Humansdorp (right) is the newest Kouga councillor. She replaces ANC councillor Zenzile Blouw. Kettledas is a retired teached who continues to teach at Graslaagte Primary on a voluntary basis because of her deep faith in the power of education. She was sworn in as a councillor in February 2012 by acting municipal manager Sidney Fadi.
