2008/09 Annual Report

The Executive Mayor, Councillor R H Dennis hereby invites the local community to submit written comments or representations in connection with its Annual Report for the period 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009 which was tabled in Council on 4 February 2010 in accordance with section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) and section 127 of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003).

1. The 2008/09 Annual Report is available for inspection at all libraries and municipal offices in the Kouga municipal area.
2. Interested parties may submit their comments in writing to the Municipal Manager at 33 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay, 6330 by no later than 12H00, Friday, 12 March 2009.
3. Any person who is unable to write and wishes to comment may visit the offices in 33 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay during business hours and they will be assisted to transcribe his/her comments for representations.
