Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 that the Council has on 3 May 2013 approved the Bylaw on Standing
Rules and Orders.
The Bylaw
can be viewed at the Kouga Municipal Offices (Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp, St
Francis Bay, Patensie and Hankey) and libraries or on the Kouga Municipality
