CALLING ALL COUNCILLORS, RELEVANT OFFICIALS, EVENTS ORGANIZERS

AND ALL INSTITUTIONS INVOLVED IN ARRANGING

EVENTS IN THE KOUGA AREA.

You are hereby invited by the Kouga Municipality (Tourism Department) to attend an information sharing session on the National Events Safety and Security Act of 2010 which all event organizers should comply with.  The session will also cover the procedure to follow when organizing an event in Kouga - anything from a surfing competition to a church bazaar or a music show/festival. 

Date:              Wednesday 22 May 2013.

Time:              09:00 – 13:00

Venue:           Kouga Cultural Centre, Humansdorp.

Cost:               Free of charge

Space is limited and therefore allocation will be made on a first come first served basis.

This information session is crucial,  because events will be stopped or cancelled if organizers do not comply with this legislation.  You are therefore encouraged to attend.
