PUBLIC INVITATION FOR COMMENTS/INPUTS TO THE INTENDED ALIENATION / LEASE OF MUNICIPAL LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Kouga Municipality intends to alienate or lease the following municipal properties:

1. Lease of a portion of Erf 15, Oyster Bay to Cell C Proprietary Ltd. to erect a Cellular Base Station.
2. Lease of a portion of Erf 1455, Hankey (Hankey Water Reservoir) to Cell C Proprietary Ltd. to erect a Cellular Base Station.
3. Renewal of lease agreement on an annual basis of Erf 190.
4. Disposal of Erf 704, Kruisfontein.
5. Disposal of Erf 3420, Hankey.
6. Intention to close and dispose of a portion of Erf 5260, Jeffreys Bay.
7. Intention to rezone and dispose of Erven 3492 and 3493, Sea Vista for Institutional (Church) purposes.
8. Intention to exchange Erf 658, Humansdorp from Kouga Municipality to the Provincial Department of Roads and Public Works for Erf 400, Sea Vista from the Provincial Department of Roads and Public Works to Kouga Municipality.
9. Renewal of lease agreement for a Cellular Base Station to Mobile Telephone Networks (MTN) on a portion of Erf 406, Paradise Beach (Paradise Beach Water Reservoir).
10. Lease of a portion of Farm Ongegunde Vryheid 746, portion 72, Sea Vista for a Cellular Base Station to Mobile Telephone Networks (MTN).
11. Renewal of lease agreement for a Cellular Base Station to Mobile Telephone Networks (MTN) on a portion of Erf 164, Jeffreys Bay.
12. Renewal of lease agreement for a Cellular Base Station to Mobile Telephone Networks (MTN) on a portion of Erf 2088, Humansdorp (Humansdorp Water Reservoir).
13. Renewal of lease agreement for a Cellular Base Station to Mobile Telephone Networks (MTN) on a portion of Erf 2147, Jeffreys Bay (Boerboon Street).
14. Sale of a portion of Erf 1, Humansdorp.
15. Lease of a portion of Erf 406, Paradise Beach (Paradise Beach Water Reservoir) to Vodacom Proprietary Ltd. to erect a Cellular Base Station.

Land Parcels will be available on the Kouga Municipal website for public scrutiny.

Members of the public or interested parties are hereby invited to submit comments/inputs to the intention of the municipality to alienate/lease municipal land to the Municipal Manager, 33 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay on or before Friday, 31 October 2014 at 12:00.
