DRAFT REVISED SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
Notice is hereby given that the Draft Revised Spatial Development Framework for the Kouga Municipality, including the towns of Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp, St Francis Bay, Cape St Francis, Oyster Bay, Hankey, Loerie, Patensie, Thornhill and the rural areas are available for inspection at the following libraries during normal office hours (Mon – Thursday - 7:30 – 16:15 & Friday 07:30 - 15:00)
The key objective of the Spatial Development Framework is to identify desired future land use for the greater Kouga Municipal area as well as delineating the urban edge for the various urban areas. The Spatial Development Framework is prepared in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 2000, Act 33 of 2000.
Written comments must be submitted to the Office of the Municipal Manager , 33 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay 6330, within 30 days of this notice. (Monday, 28 April 2015)
