ENHANCEMENT OF WATER SERVICE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Service providers are hereby invited to submit quotations for the enhancement of the water service development plan for the Kouga Municiplaity.

Please note:
· Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email or late quotations will not be accepted.
· Prospective service providers must submit an original SARS Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation and be prepared to register on Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database in order to be considered.
· Service Providers already registered on the Municipal Supplier Database need not submit a Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation, on condition that their registration on the database is current, valid and up to date.
· Tenderers must submit a valid BEE certificate or contact BEE BIZ at 041 581 3031.
· Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email or late quotations will not be accepted.
· The council reserves the right to accept any quotation and, or part thereof, appoint more than one contractor, and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation and no reason for the acceptance or rejection of any will be furnished.
· Council reserves the right to appoint any contractor.
· The validity period of the quotation must be 90 days from the closing date.
Quotations in a sealed envelope endorsed “Notice No.100 /2010: “ENHANCEMENT OF THE WATER SERVICE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE KOUGA MUNICIPALITY†, must be placed in the Tender Box in the foyer of the Municipal Offices in Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay by MONDAY, 28 JUNE 2010 at 12:00.
