COMMUNITY CONSULTATION MEETINGS
(CHANGES TO WARDS 12, 4, 5, 1 & 15 (1, 8 & 11 DECEMBER 2014)
Notice is hereby given that the Municipality will commence its process to review the five year Integrated Development Plan (IDP) (2012-2017) and invites the community to participate in the Public Participation and Consultation Process of the 2015/16 review of the IDP as prescribed in Section 28 of the Local Government : Municipal Systems Act (No 32 of 2000).
The IDP is the principal Strategic Planning document of the municipality and forms the basis of the municipal budget. It is therefore crucial that the community actively participate in the IDP Review Process to ensure that its needs are prioritised and addressed in an integrated manner.
