HIRING OF A 20 TON ESCAVATOR
NOTICE NO.: 102/2010
Service providers are hereby invited to submit tenders for the hiring of a 20 ton excavator for the 2010/2011 financial year.

PLEASE SPECIFY IN YOUR TENDER THE FOLLOWING:
Please note:
· Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email or late quotations will not be accepted.
· Prospective service providers must submit an original SARS Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation and be prepared to register on Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database in order to be considered.
· Service Providers already registered on the Municipal Supplier Database need not submit a Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation, on condition that their registration on the database is current, valid and up to date.
· Tenderers must submit a valid BEE certificate or contact BEE BIZ at 041 581 3031.
· Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email or late quotations will not be accepted.
· The council reserves the right to accept any quotation and, or part thereof, appoint more than one contractor, and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.
· Council reserves the right to appoint any contractor.
· The validity period of the quotation must be 90 days from the closing date.
Quotations in a sealed envelope endorsed “Notice No.102 /2010: “HIRING OF A 20 TON EXCAVATOR†, must be placed in the Tender Box in the foyer of the Municipal Offices in Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay by MONDAY, 28 JUNE 2010 at 12:00.
