NOTICE NO 135/2014
HOLIDAY ENTERTAINMENT ON COUNCIL LAND
The Council hereby invites proposals from persons, organizations, including churches interested in presenting holiday entertainment / recreational activities to the public for the period 1 December 2014 to 31 January 2015.
Proposals for activities should include the location and size of land required, and indicate whether a municipal hall is required. Enquiries may be directed to Mrs. C. Arends at tel. no. 042 -2002219 or email ccamons@kouga.gov.za during office hours.
Detailed application forms are available at the abovementioned office.
Applicants need to submit their application forms to the LED, Tourism and Creative Industries Department, 1st Floor, Shell Museum Complex, Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay or e-mail ccamons@kouga.gov.za by no later than Friday, 7 November 2014 at 12:00.
The Council reserves the right to grant or refuse any application.
