PUBLIC INVITATION FOR COMMENTS/INPUTS TO THE INTENDED ALIENATION / DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Kouga Municipality intends to call on Development Proposals for the following municipal properties:

1. Ben Marais Caravan Park on Erf 353, Humansdorp.

2. Pellsrus Caravan Park on Erf 873, Pellsrus.

3. Remainder of Erf 873, Jeffreys Bay and adjacent properties, which includes Erven 5478 to 5481.

4. Jeffreys Bay Caravan Park on remainder of Erf 380, Jeffreys Bay â€“ PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP).

The Kouga Municipality also intends to alienate the following municipal properties:
