LEASE OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY (HOUSE)

The Kouga Local Municipality hereby invites interested individuals to apply for the lease/rental of the following municipal owned property:

House No. Erf 13 Church Street, Patensie

Sealed submission I applications clearly marked "Lease of Municipal House" must be deposited into a tender box at the Municipal Offices, 33 Do Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay during office hours not later than.

Please note:

• Failure to complete all supplementary I requested information will result in the application being deemed null and avoid.
• Telegraphic, telephonic, telex facsimile email or late tenders will not be accepted.
• This contract will oe a period of 12months.
• Applicants must submit certified copy of their ID, monthly income and letter of proof of employment.
• The Council reserves the right to accept any application and, or part thereof, and does not bind itself to accept or any application.
• The validity period for submission is 7days.
• Closing date for application is 03 March 2017
• It is the Applicant's-responsibility to ensure that their application is deposited in the correct tender box. No application documents delivered at any other venue or tenderbox than the mentioned one will not be considered.
