REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS: TO HOST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR AMEU
Service Providers are hereby invited to quote on facilitating this event on the 6th & 7th May 2010 from 12h00 on the 6th and starting at 8h00 to 13h00 on the 7th of May 2010, provided the service providers can deliver as specified within the limited timeframe.

It is advised that interested service providers contact Mr. T. Madatt on 042-2002229/ Mr. A. Marias on 042-2951155 before submitting their quotations.
PLEASE NOTE:
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail or late quotations will not be accepted.
Prospective service providers must submit an Original and valid Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation and be prepared to register on the Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database.
Service providers already registered on the Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database need not to submit a Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation, on condition that their registration on the Database is current, valid and up to date.
The Council reserves the right to accept any quotation, or part thereof, appoint more than one contractor, and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.
Council also reserves the right not to appoint any contractor.
Sealed quotations, endorsed with Notice No 51/2010: RFQ- ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR AMEA must be deposited into the quotation box inside the Supply Chain Office at the Kouga Municipal Stores in St. Croix Street, Jeffreys Bay.
The closing date for submissions is Thursday, 29 April 2010 at 12h00.
