NOTICE OF PUBLIC MUNICIPAL PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE

 (MPAC) MEETING ON THE 2011/12 ANNUAL REPORT

Notice is hereby given that a Public Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC) Meeting on the 2010/11 Draft Annual Report will be held in the Cultural Centre, Humansdorp on Thursday, 2 May 2013 at 11:00. 

Copies of the 2011/2012 Draft Annual Report will be available at the Kouga Municipal Offices (Jeffreys Bay Unit) at the Administration Department.  (Contact person: Edwin Randall – Tel. 042 - 2002149).

Kindly note that all comments given at the said meeting should be submitted in writing to the Chairperson of MPAC on that day.
