ORDINARY COUNCIL MEETING: 30 MAY 2013

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 19 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) that an Ordinary Council Meeting of the Kouga Municipality will be held in the Kouga Council Chamber (Jeffreys Bay Unit) on Thursday, 30 May 2013 at 11:00 at which the Final Draft IDP and Budget for the 2013/14 financial year and 2011/12 Final Draft Annual Report and 2011/12 Oversight Report will be tabled.

Any person or organization wishing to attend the aforementioned meeting is required to advise the Administration Department at telephone number 042-2002149 for seating arrangements.
