ORDINARY COUNCIL MEETING: 5 MAY 2011

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 19 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) that a Council Meeting of the Kouga Municipality will be held in the Kouga Council Chamber (Jeffreys Bay Unit) on Thursday 5 May 2011 at 11:00 to which stakeholders and interested parties are invited.

The Final Draft Integrated Development Plan and Final Draft Budget for the 2011/2012 financial year will be tabled to the Council in terms of Section 16 of the Municipal Finance Management Act No. 56 of 2003.

Any person or organization wishing to attend the aforementioned meeting is required to advise the Administration Department at telephone number 042-2002150 for seating arrangements.
