ORDINARY COUNCIL MEETING: 8 APRIL 2014
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 19 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) that the Ordinary Council Meeting of the Kouga Municipality which was postponed for Monday, 31 March 2014 will now be held in the Kouga Council Chamber (Jeffreys Bay Unit) on Tuesday, 8 April 2014 at 09:00 at which the Draft IDP and Budget for the 2014/15 financial year and 2012/13 Annual Report and Oversight Report will be tabled.
Any person or organization wishing to attend the aforementioned meeting is required to advise the Administration Department at telephone number 042-2002107 for seating arrangements.
