PUBLIC INVITATION FOR BIDDERS TO TENDER FOR ERF 353, HUMANSDORP WITHIN THE KOUGA MUNICIPAL AREA
Notice is hereby given that tenders are invited for the disposal of Erf 353, Humansdorp (Ben Marais Caravan Park) situated within the Kouga Municipal Area.
Conditions of the Sale
The Development shall include the following:
· Office Park
· Shopping Centre
· Residential Units
· The proposal should also include a Garage (filling Station), Truck Inn and a Taxi Rank
Tenders
Tender Document will be available as from Friday, 19 December 2014 from the Registry Section, 33 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay,6330 Tel No: 042 2002200 at a non- refundable fee of R150 per document.
Please note:
· Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email or late tenders will not be accepted.
· Failure to complete all supplementary /requested information will result in the tender being null and void.
· Prospective Service Providers must submit a valid original SARS Tax Clearance Certificate with their tender in order to be considered.
· Tax exemption certificate to be submitted by Churches
· The Council reserves the right to accept any tender and, or part thereof, appoint more than one bidder, and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender. The Council reserves the right to appoint any bidder.
· The validity period for submission must be 90 days from the closing date.
· It is the Service Provider’s responsibility to ensure that their bid is deposited in the correct tender box. No bid document delivered at any other venue or tender box than the mentioned one will be considered.

Tender in a sealed envelope endorsed “NOTICE NO:160/2014:“SALE OF ERF 353, HUMANSDORP”, must be placed in the Tender Box in the foyer of the Municipal Offices at 33 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay on or before FRIDAY, 30 JANUARY 2014 at 12:00.
