PUBLIC INVITATION FOR COMMENTS/INPUTS TO THE INTENDED ALIENATION OF MUNICIPAL LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Kouga Municipality intends to alienate the following municipal properties:

1. Disposal of Erven 2646 and 2660, Jeffreys Bay.
2. Annual lease of Farms 319, portion 5 and 321, portion 23, Humansdorp RD (Papiesfontein).
3. Disposal of a portion of Portion of Erf 5404, Jeffreys Bay.

Land Parcels will be available on the Kouga Municipal website for public scrutiny.

Members of the public or interested parties are hereby invited to submit comments/inputs to the intention of the municipality to alienate/lease municipal land to the Municipal Manager, 33 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay on or before Friday, 27 March 2015 at 12:00.
