Quotations are herewith invited from service providers to supply the Kouga Local Municipality with customized executive diaries for 2011.

4. Page a day – Navy or black
5. Corporate Logo foiled on front cover
6. Personalized – name on front cover
7. Delivery by 30 November 2010
Sealed quotations marked Notice no. 146/2010: Executive Diaries for 2011, must be placed in the tender box at the Municipal Offices in Jeffreys Bay before 12:00 on Friday, 15 October 2010. Kindly contact Mrs C Dreyer for more detail at 042-2002213, before submission of the quotation.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late quotations will not be accepted.
Prospective service providers must be prepared to register on the Kouga Supplier Database.
An original and valid Tax Clearance Certificate must accompany the quotation.
The Council reserves the right to accept any quotation, or part thereof, and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.
