REQUEST FOR QUOTATION:
HIRING OF A 20 TONNE EXCAVATOR
Service Providers are hereby invited to submit quotations for the hiring of a 20 tonne excavator for the St Francis Bay Waste site.
Please specify in your quotation the following:
Rate per hour- all inclusive (wet rate with operator).
Establishment fees/ Transport cost.
This is a contract with the option to extend if and when required. (Please take note that this condition should meet the requirements of the Supply Chain Regulations).

PLEASE NOTE:
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail or late quotations will not be accepted.
Prospective service providers must submit an Original and valid Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation and be prepared to register on the Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database.
Service providers already registered on the Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database need not to submit a Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation, on condition that their registration on the Database is current, valid and up to date.
The Council reserves the right to accept any quotation, or part thereof, appoint more than one contractor, and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.
Council also reserves the right not to appoint any contractor.
Sealed quotations, endorsed with Notice No.: 46/2010: Request for Quotations for hiring of 20 tonne Excavator - St Francis Bay Waste placed in the tender box inside the Supply Chain Office at the Kouga Municipal Stores at St Croix Street, Jeffreys Bay by Friday, 9 April 2010 at 12:00.
