REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: RENOVATIONS AT KWANOMZAMO HALL, HUMANSDORP
Service Providers are hereby invited to submit quotations for renovations to the Kwanomzamo Hall in Humansdorp.
Scope of Work
- Replacing tiles in the hall and ablution facility
- Changing interior doors at hall and ablution facility;
- Putting Burglar-proof at all windows in the hall and ablution facility;
- Putting burglar- proof at doors in hall and ablution facility;
- Barbed –wire on fence;
- Replace 15m of fencing
- Plumbing to be done
- Build in cupboards in kitchen

PLEASE NOTE:
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail or late quotations will not be accepted.
Prospective service providers must submit an Original and valid Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation and be prepared to register on the Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database.
Service providers already registered on the Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database need not to submit a Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation, on condition that their registration on the Database is current, valid and up to date. The Council reserves the right to accept any quotation, or part thereof, appoint more than one contractor, and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. Council also reserves the right not to appoint any contractor.
Compulsory site meeting to be held at the Kwanomzamo Hall on Tuesday, 16 March 2010 at 10:00. Please Note: Service Provider may only send a representative on their behalf who is duly authorized with a letter to attend the meeting on their behalf.
Sealed quotations, endorsed with Notice No: 23/2010: Request for Quotations – Renovations at the Kwanomzamo Hall, Humansdorp must be placed in the quotations box inside the Supply Chain Office at the Kouga Municipal Stores at St. Croix Street, Jeffreys Bay.
The closing date for submissions is Friday, 19 March 2010 at 12:00.
