REVENUE ENHANCING AND DEBT COLLECTION PROPOSALS
Tenders are hereby invited from service providers for a priced proposal on revenue management assessment and collection.
The Kouga Municipality is embarking on a project to optimize its revenue management and collection process to improve services and service delivery to its citizens.
The Process would be broken into (2) two phases:
- Phase 1: An assessment of the current revenue management practices and recommendations on revenue management improvements.
- Phase 2: A debt collection process to improve revenue management and provide advice on how to improve collection.
Please note that there is a terms of reference document available with all the selection/ evaluation criteria set out.
The terms of reference document will be available from 26 July 2010 at the Supply Chain Office in St Croix Street, Jeffreys Bay. It can also be obtained downloaded from the Kouga Municipal Website: www. Kouga.gov.za

Tenders in a sealed envelope endorsed “Tender 137 /2010 Revenue Management and Assessment and Collection†must be placed in the Tender Box, Ground Floor, Head Office, 33 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay before 12 noon on 20 August 2010, where after the tenders will be opened in public in the Council Chambers.
No late, incomplete, facsimile or email tenders will be accepted for consideration. The only or lowest tender received shall not necessarily be accepted.
An original, valid Tax Clearance Certificate must accompany all bids in order to be considered.
