INCREASE IN SAMRAS USER LICENSES

NOTICE NO.: 105/2010

Quotations are herewith invited from Service Providers to supply the Kouga Local Municipality with the following, as specified :

Increase in SAMRAS User Licenses:

Increase from 64 User License to 96 User License (32 Users)

The software license should consist of the following :

• The SAMRAS Application
• AcuCobol Runtime
• Flexgen Runtime
• Frontier for each workstation

Monthly maintenance charges must be specified.

Any information regarding this quote can be obtained from the Manager Information Technology at 042-2002 226.

Please note:

·         Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email or late quotations will not be accepted.

·         Prospective service providers must submit an original SARS Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation and be prepared to register on Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database in order to be considered.

·         Service Providers already registered on the Municipal Supplier Database need not submit a Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation, on condition that their registration on the database is current, valid and up to date.

Quotations in a sealed envelope endorsed “Notice No.105/2010: “INCREASE IN SAMRAS USER LICENCES” , must be placed in the Tender Box  in the foyer of the Municipal Offices in Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay by MONDAY,  21 JUNE 2010 at 12:00.
