NOTICE NO.: 104/2010

Quotations are herewith invited from Service Providers to supply the Kouga Local Municipality with the following, as specified :

Operating System for Windows Servers X 2:

• Windows Server Standard 2008 R2
• SQL Server Standard 2008 R2 (2 Processors)

• Windows Server Standard 2008 R2 64bit English Disk Kit
• SQL Server Standard 2008 R2 English Disk Kit

• Windows Server CAL 2008 x 200

Please note:

·         Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email or late quotations will not be accepted.

·         Prospective service providers must submit an original SARS Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation and be prepared to register on Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database in order to be considered.

·         Service Providers already registered on the Municipal Supplier Database need not submit a Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation, on condition that their registration on the database is current, valid and up to date.

Quotations in a sealed envelope endorsed “Notice No.104/2010: “OPERATING SYSTEM AND LICENCES FOR WINDOWS SERVERS X 2” , must be placed in the Tender Box  in the foyer of the Municipal Offices in Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay by MONDAY,  21 JUNE 2010 at 12:00.
