Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 19 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) that a Special Council Meeting of the Kouga Municipality will be held in the Jeffreys Bay Council Chamber on Friday, 30 January 2009 at 11:00 at which the Draft Annual Report for the 2007/2008 financial year will be tabled.
The election of the Oversight Committee will also be dealt with at the meeting. Stakeholders and interested parties are invited to attend the meeting.
