SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING: 31 JANUARY 2011
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 19 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) that a Special Council Meeting of the Kouga Municipality will be held in the Kouga Council Chamber (Jeffreys Bay Unit) on Monday, 31 January 2011 at 11:00 at which the Adjustment Budget for the 2010/11 financial year and the Draft Annual Report for the 2009/10 financial year will be tabled.
Any person or organization wishing to attend the aforementioned meeting is required to advise the Administration Department at telephone number 042-2002204 or 0422002225 for seating arrangements.
