INVITATION TO REGISTER ON THE SUPPLIER DATABASE
Kouga Municipality invites businesses to register as a supplier/ service provider on the Municipal Supplier Database. Existing Service Providers are also invited to update or provide the Municipality with new or relevant information.
Interested Service Providers should take note of the following conditions:
- An original and valid Tax Clearance Certificate must accompany all applications.
- A Copy of Formal Business Registration Documents
- Certified Copies of Identity Documents of Shareholding
- Proof of Banking in the name of Business Entity.
-Municipal Billing Certificate/ Proof of Residence.
-Certified Copy of BEE certificate (if applicable)
Please note that Service Providers that register for a more specialized service/ product must provide additional documentation e.g. construction, CIDB registration is required.

Database forms should be delivered to the Office of Supply Chain Management at the Kouga Municipality Stores in St. Croix Street, JEFFREY’S BAY.
