REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
NOTICE NO: 60/2010
RFQ: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TRANSFORMER OIL
Service providers are hereby invited to quote on the supply and delivery of 25 drums of virgin transformer oil.
SCOPE:
- Transformer oil must be SABS approved.
- Comply with SANS 777 standard.
- It must be in sealed drums of 110 liters.
- Virgin oil.
It is advised that interested service providers contact Mr. T. Madatt on 042-2002229/ Mr. A. Marias on 042-2951155 before submitting their quotations.
PLEASE NOTE:
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail or late quotations will not be accepted.
Prospective service providers must submit an Original and valid Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation and be prepared to register on the Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database.
Service providers already registered on the Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database need not to submit a Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation, on condition that their registration on the Database is current, valid and up to date.
The Council reserves the right to accept any quotation, or part thereof, appoint more than one contractor, and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.
Council also reserves the right not to appoint any contractor.
Sealed quotations, endorsed with Notice No: 60/2010: RFQ- TRANSFORMER OIL must be deposited into the quotation box inside the Supply Chain Office at the Kouga Municipal Stores in St. Croix Street, Jeffreys Bay.
The closing date for submissions is Friday, 7 May 2010 at 12h00.
