SUPPLY OF STICKERS AND REGISTRATION BOOKS.
Service Providers are hereby invited to submit quotations for the supply of stickers and registration books.
QUOTATION 1:
BOAT REGISTRATION BOOKS: 100 duplicate sets per book
Printed in red and black ink on white bond paper
Top copy printed on both sides with general rules
on reverse.
Second copy printed on one side only
All numbered, one sheet carbon per book

SCOPE OF WORK
As per specifications mentioned above.
Service Providers must submit an original and valid tax clearance certificate with their quotation and be prepared to register on the Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database. Service Providers already registered on the Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database need not to submit a Tax Clearance Certificate with their quotation, on condition that their registration is current, valid and up to date. Late quotations will not be accepted.
The Council reserves the right to accept any quotation, or part thereof, appoint more than one contractor and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. Council also reserves the right not to appoint any contractor.
Sealed quotations endorsed with Notice No. 61/2010: RFQ- Stickers and Registration Books on Friday, 7 May 2010 must be placed into the quotation box inside the Supply Chain Office at the Kouga Municipal Stores in St Croix Street, JEFFREYS BAY.
