RE-ADVERTISEMENT OF NOTICE 57/2010
quotations are hereby invited for the development of a waterworks and operations and maintenance manual (WO & MM)
No documents will be available, but a Terms of Reference document can be electronically forwarded on request.

Sealed quotations marked “Notice No. 112/2010: “Development of a Waterworks and Operations and Maintenance Manual†must be placed in the quotation box inside the Supply Chain Office at the Kouga Municipal Stores at St. Croix Street, Jeffreys Bay†not later than 12:00 on Tuesday 13 July 2010, after which quotations will be opened in public.
Bidders should take note of the following conditions:
1. The points awarding system for this tender forms part of the Terms of Reference document.
2. Bidders must submit an ORIGINAL VALID SARS TAX CLEARENCE CERTIFICATE with the quotation in order to be considered.
3. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late quotations will not be accepted.
4. The Municipality reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any quotation and no reason for the acceptance or rejection of any will be furnished.
5. The validity period of the quotations must be 90 days from the closing date.
6. Bidders must provide a valid BEE certificate or contact BEE BIZ at 041 581 3031.
