Kindly note that Kouga Local Municipality plans to take meter readings on the 11th of each month. Residents must provide easy access to meters for the purpose of accurate readings.
Alternatively, residents can submit their own meter readings accompanied by a photo to meterreadings@kouga.gov.za AND include the municipal account number to have the reading considered.
NB: When reporting incorrect meter readings on accounts, please provide a photo of the current meter reading.
