PUBLIC INVITATION FOR COMMENT OR INPUT INTO THE PROPOSED ALIENATION AND/OR LONG TERM LEASE OF ERF 353 (BEN MARAIS CARAVAN PARK) HUMANSDORP
Notice is herewith given that Kouga Municipality intends to call formal tenders for the alienation and/or sale of Erf 353 (Ben Marais Caravan Park) Humansdorp and herewith calls public comment and/or input on the proposals as set out hereunder:
Proposal 1: Commercial Development of Retail Business
Proposal 2: Commercial Development of Retail Business and Offices
The proposal is subjected to the rezoning of Erf 353From resort 1 to business 1 and to be revaluated as such.
Full details of the proposal to be considered by Kouga Municipality is available on the Official Municipal Web Site and shall lie open for inspection at the Registry Office, 33 Da Gama Road up to 28 November 2014.
Any comment, proposal or objection to the proposed alienation and/or long term lease of the above property must be made in writing and must reach the Office of the Municipal Manager, 33 Da Gama Road Jeffreys Bay, by not later than 12:00 on 28 November 2014.
